The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is formed to specify criteria determining the qualifications, positive attributes and independence of a director and recommend to the Board a policy relating to the remuneration for the Directors, key managerial personnel and other employees. The NRC committee comprises of the board of directors of the Investment Manager. The chairperson of the NRC Committee is independent director. All members of the NRC Committee are independent directors. The company secretary of the Investment Manager shall act as the secretary to the NRC Committee. The RMC committee comprises the board of directors of the Investment Manager. The chairperson of the RMC Committee is independent director. The company secretary of the Investment Manager shall act as the secretary to the RMC Committee. The composition of the RMC Committee is as follows:
