May 2018
Listed on NSE and BSE as the first privately placed InvIT in India, Interise was sponsored by L&T IDPL.
FY 2018-2019
Successfully acquired 5 assets spanning 611 km from L&T IDPL.
FY 2020-2021
Completed the acquisition and integration of 8 assets covering 675 km from Sadbhav group.
FY 2021-2022
Became the first InvIT in India to attain ISO certification for all of its 13 road operating assets and 4 regional offices.
FY 2022-2023
Further strengthened its position as a leading InvIT by signing a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of 5 road assets spanning 500 km.
