Naari Shakthi Naari Sanman

Naari Shakthi Naari Sanman is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves respect, dignity and the opportunity to flourish. It stresses on the importance of upholding women’s rights as well as standing against violence and discrimination of all forms.

The word Naari, derived from Sanskrit, signifies ‘woman’ or “female” and embodies strength, grace, and resilience in its essence. “Naari Sanman, Naari Shakthi” signifies respect for women (Naari Sanman) and the recognition of their strength and empowerment (Naari Shakthi). This philosophy transcends workplace behaviour, aiming to influence how we approach and interact with women in both our personal and professional lives, and how we stand united to ensure every woman feels safe, respected, and empowered. The theme of this year’s Calendar and Diary is Naari Sanman Naari Shakthi.
