Interise Trust Successfully Completes Refinancing of ~INR 3,322 Crores of Outstanding Debt.

Mumbai, India | April 8, 2026 – Interise Trust today announced the successful completion of the refinancing of a portion of its outstanding debt amounting to approximately INR 3,322 crores. This strategic initiative was undertaken with the support of NabFID (National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development).

The refinancing has reduced the Trust’s overall cost of debt and optimised its debt maturity profile, thereby enhancing financial flexibility and further strengthening its balance sheet to support future growth.

The timely completion of the transaction, despite recent global geopolitical headwinds, reflects the continued confidence of the financing community in Interise Trust and its management team.
